Aid For Friends - Debby O'Keefe - 610-269-8032
Volunteers prepare individual meals for the homebound in the area. Pans are picked up at the rectory office, filled at home, and returned to the "AFF" freezer at the rectory. The commitment can vary from one meal a month to several meals a week.
Buildings and Grounds Committee - Bill Louden - 610-383-9446
Volunteers perform small-scale services to help repair and maintain parish property.
Bereavement Team - Pam Seymour - 610-384-1221
This group reaches out to parishioners who have lost a loved one. Team members help with planning the funeral liturgy, and offer comfort and support.
Blood Drive - Dana Gryger - 610-269-4613
Drives are held in June and November under the auspices of the American Red Cross.
Evangelization Team - Tom Keenan - 610-873-0912
This group promotes the Catholic faith in our community with a special outreach to non-practicing Catholics and the un-churched. It also works with parish groups to help them see how they witness Gospel values. The committee meets the first Thursday of each month.

Partnered with Good Works, Inc. of Chester County
   Our mission is to extend God's love to homeowners living in substandard housing to make homes warmer, safer, and drier and to replace hopelessness with the hope of Jesus Christ.
   Since starting this ministry in 2001, St. Joseph parishioners have completed over 20 homes. We try to involve the homeowner in every way possible and make them a part of the home repair team. Good Works Organization

Individuals and groups volunteer to help maintain the garden areas around parish buildings. Services include raking leaves, weeding beds, and planting flowers.

Helping Other People Everyday. If you are interested in being on call as a driver one day every 8 weeks, please call to sign up. Drivers take people to doctor appts, pickup groceries, prescriptions, etc.
Hospice Casserole Makers - Gail Hoekzema - 610-269-9574
Volunteers make casseroles that are taken to Mercy Hospice in Philadelphia to feed homeless women and children. Recipes and pans are provided. Please return casseroles to the Mercy Hospice freezer at the rectory.

The Rev. William J. Fenerty Council meets on the third Monday each month at 7 pm in the Parish Meeting Center. This fraternal benefit society welcomes Catholic men ages 18 and older. It sponsors and provides support for various parish and K of C activities throughout the year.
